We want to thank all of our friends for your continued prayers and support. We hope that this message finds you all well in 2009. Without you, our ministry would not be able to assist the many people who come to us for help.

As an update,by the end of Mrach, we will have 10 men living at the two houses, and both Houses of Hope are under repair:

1. The home , located across the street from The Varsity, had some serious issues with the foundation. We have built concrete supports, replaced14 floor joices that had dry rotted over the past 50 years, and installed new sub-flooring in the living & dining rooms. Until funds are provided to install 550 sq. ft. of flooring, we have placed rugs to cover the plywood flooring. MAYBE THIS IS A NEW LOOK!!! Two bathrooms also need new flooring, and the entire interior is being painted.
2. The second home is also on Felder Street near the entrance to GSW. The back porch roof, floor, and siding are being replaced. One bathroom floor and wall are being replaced as well as the front porch roof. As soon as weather permits, the exterior will be painted.

Trudy and I recently led a marriage counseling seminar in Reidsville

which was very well attended. We enjoy leading one retreat/seminar in

the Spring and one in the fall. It seems that is all we can squeeze in.

Pray for jobs for the men, and pray for the needs of our homes to be met.
